[mso] outlook contacts problem

Hi,
A strange problem has come up.  One of the pastors at my church has a
contact list of 217. When he clicks on a new email and clicks To.  it brings
up an address book but it is not his entire list of contacts.  I have tried
to find a way to associate his contacts with the email address book that
comes up.  I have followed the instructions I have found for doing this in a
number of places.  It seems fairly simple but nothing has worked.  He didn't
have an address book before this one, it's a new laptop with a clean install
of Microsoft Office XP.  

 

We did transfer the address book from his Handspring to his new Palm Pilot
and then into Outlook.  But I don't think that would have been a problem.

 

I found a registry edit on Microsofts web site but the key they said to
delete doesn't exist on his computer.

 

Has anyone ever had this problem and is there a way to fix it?
