[mso] Re: outlook 2k receives won't send.

It doesn't *sound* like an Outlook problem to me.  It sounds more server
related.  Web connections and email connections do not necessarily use the
same servers  (since she can receive but not send, I would think something
is screwed up with her SMTP settings), so just becuz she can send via
webmail does NOT mean it's not server related.

I would try another email program and see if she can send from there
(Outlook Express is probably on her machine, no?)  If she can't send from
that either, then you know the problem is not Outlook but something else
(server, mail account setup, etc.) .. Or her SMTP settings are incorrect,
since these are what control how mail is SENT....check the SMTP settings in
a different users machine and make sure hers are the same.

If she CAN send from Outlook Express, then make sure her account in Outlook
has the same settings for SMTP
