That option has actually been missing from Outlook since 2000...2002 didn't
have it either....but you can add it with code....here's a site that tells

With all the worms that can grab all your addresses tho, I wonder why anyone
would want this...I end up getting worms from strangers all the time just
cuz they wrote to me via my newsletter and now I'm in their dang
addressbook...I'm GLAD Outlook removed this feature, myself.
