[mso] outlook 2000 OUTLLIB.DLL

Well, I spent the morning trying everything suggested
to get my Outlook to work, with no luck.

The only thing I wasn't able to finish was replacing
the MSVCRT40.DLL file, because I didn't know what to
replace it with! When I found the file(s) there were
5 to choose from as well.
How would I replace the file, and which one should I
replace?

I REALLY appreciate your help. :)

Ok...a couple things I found....I don't know if any of
them will help
you, but you can try them:

First, try repairing Office from the Control
Panel>Add/Remove Programs

If that doesn't fix it, go thru the steps in this
Microsoft article:
http://snurl.com/8px

If none of that fixes it, try these:

1. replace the file named MSVCRT40.DLL from the Office
CD and see if
Outlook opens

2. find a file names extend.dat and rename it to
extend.old and see if
Outlook opens

Good luck and let us know how you do!
