Dear Linda and group,
I think that my question is a recent topic that went through
already - so pardon me if I'm repeating this for yous...
Today I worked on a couple of files and then when I went to save and close
for the day Word told me that the settings for the normal dot ...has been
changed do I want to keep it as such - (I'm not quoting - just going from
memory)
and if I said no I could not do anything else when trying to save it - so I had
to agree. Now what exactly does that mean and how do I go back to saving as
usual - without changing normal/global settings - and why did that happen - I
don't recall doing anything different that would 'change' my settings.
My second question is about OE - this is entirely new to me as I do not use
it at home - however we started using it at work and it seems that we have alot
of problems with attachments - like opening them - or getting attachments and
finding out that they can't be opened because OE removed it because it could
be harmful - why does OE scan the mail like this some of us get the same mail
and some of us can open it while others get the 'removed' statement - and what
do I do for difficult attachments that won't open?
I don't write often but when I do....thank you in advance for your help
