MS Outlook is an email application that is usually part of the MS Office
Suite.  It is a highly functional email app...with calendar, reminders,
contact management and a host of other functions.  Outlook Express comes
with MS Windows (it's part of Internet Explorer, I believe).  It is similar
to MS Outlook in appearance...but does not have all the functionality and is
usually used as a simple email application.  Choosing one over the other
depends on your needs. I'm sure someone else here can go into much more
detail - or you can google both to compare them.
