The engineer I was referring to was from several years ago (I believe it
was Tom Montefusco). But on the equation, they already broke the rules
they wrote themselves. If they're gonna call it a Service Pack, it needs
to be completely inclusive. Office SP-3 doesn't meet that benchmark that
so many of us depend on. Shame on them!<g>
