Ah...sorry 'bout that! I'm not much for merged field info cos' I use VBA =
to
put stuff (from Access, Excel) where/how I need it, so I don't think =
I've
EVER merged data that way. Sorry I misunderstood.

merge document using Access, Excel, or even a Word document  data =

... the merge field that is underscored has it's underscores misaligned

the leading and trailing underscores around the merge field.
