You can either use pre-cut sticky label sheets available from most
stationery suppliers, or your usual plain paper (which you will then have to
cut out and glue each time!):

1. Check your sheet measurement size and the dimensions of your "largest"
address as it will print
2. Select Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels, and then the
Labels tab
3. Select Print "Full page of same label"
4. Select Options, your Printer Information, and (if you are using Stationer
labels) the Label Products details and the Product Number OR
5. Select New Label, and establish single label and Page Size measurements
that will include your "largest" address (this may have to be a bit
trial-and-error) and then SAVE appropriate details with Label Name so you
don't have to do all this again!!

Hit PRINT but be ready to interrupt AFTER the first page in case of things
not being right! You don't want several trial runs of 400 labels!!

That should cover it, hope I haven't missed anything

Graham
