I think you would have to merge one address at a time to one page.  Not sure
you want a file with 400 pages, risking corruption with a file that size.  But
maybe someone else has another school of thought on that one.

One address per page is a COMMON Word merge application. For example, letters.


I'm unsure of the comment about 400 page files. The most recent Word mail
merge I performed for printing letters involved 3,000, two page letters (6000
pages in total).
