You stick them all in one template and have users put that template in their
.../word/startup directory to make it available for all. If you'd prefer to
have them in ONE place, versus on each system, you need a network shared
drive. Then put it in there and tell everyone to click Tool/Options/File
Locations and set their WORKGROUP TEMPLATES path to that network drive.
