Yes, Mike....I have an Outlook ebook that teaches all of
this....archiving, backing up, etc.  You can see that here:

Outlook's help menu and search on archive 

If you want to open more than one file at a time and the files are
attached to an Outlook email, you need to save them off the email to
your hard drive....then you can open them all at once the same way the
previous thread talks about opening more than one file at a time in
Word...the thread is called "Ability to Print All in Word 2002"...that
thread also discusses the workarounds to printing multiple files, since
Excel has the same limitations as Word when it comes to this.

Shock - hporror - how do you srchiver then.  Have you written any guide
to help us lesser Outlook mortals.  Also can you print / open more than
one attachment at a time eg an excel attachments received via Outlook?
