If you right click on the image, what are your choices? Try it two ways ...
open the email and right click on the image ... then hit the Reply button
and right click on it again and see what your choices are.

Subject: [mso] images in Outlook
Hi all.
I wonder if anyone can help me. I received an image in Outlook and can't do
anything with it. I would like to save it in an image editing programme like
PSP but I can't work it out how to get it over.
You see; instead of including the image as an attachment he has copied and
pasted it into Outlook. The attachment bit is easy but I can't seem to get
this pasted copy out of Outlook and over to Paint Shop Pro for quality
printing.
T I A. Frank.
