[mso] Re: help with a query please?

OK, here we go.

1. From the New Report Wizard, make sure you add more than 1 field to
the report, or you will not get a grouping option.
2. Once you've added the fields, you'll get a page that asks you to
select 'grouping levels' - choose your field here and complete the
wizard.
3. Go to design view for the report.
4. Delete all the text boxes in the 'detail' section
5. Put a new text box in the 'xx header' section (where 'xx' is the name
of your field)
6. In the new text box, type: =count(*)
7. Now go to preview view
