What would you want the result to be if A =  -14.56 and B= -10.08?

If the answer to this question doesn't apply then:

You could use int() or floor() as others have suggested... but to 
precisely answer your question... you can use the round() function as 
well.  The trick is to subtract .5 from your sum before it is rounded.  
i.e. =round(A1+B1-.5,0) .   This gets a little more complicated if you 
need to allow for a sum that is less than or equal to zero.
