[mso] graphs

I am working with graphs in excel and pasting them into word using 'paste
special' from the edit menu. The problem I am having is when the graph
goes into the word document the formating almost always changes. Even
when I make the corrections I am never certain that the changes will
remain as I made them.

Another problem I have is the word document is in both portrait (the typed
report) and landscape (the graphs). I am using the page break feature
between each graph. When I try to put page numbers in the footer the
numbers are not consecutive. Sometimes I don't even get a number on a
page. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, Cindy
