That would be our plan of last resort but yeh, we're thinking about it.
Although, for those who can't see the HTML version, we are including a
link to the web site so attaching a PDF may not be necessary.  

We use Adobe quite a bit for our online downloadable forms.  I create
forms in Word then PDF them for the online downloadable version. I'd
like someday to be able to post up forms that can be filled out online.

Have you thought of using pdf files?  They are visible to everyone, if
you
have Adobe Acrobat, they are pretty easy to create from a Word document.

Personally, I don't like pdf files...I find them cumbersome...but if you
have to suit Mac and PC users, it's an alternative you might want to
explore.
