[mso] formula help

Hello,

Could someone please tell me how this lotus 123 formula works:
@STRING(@VLOOKUP(10,$E$6 .. $AK$90,22)*100,2)

I tried searching the web but could not find any example that contains the 
.. Does that mean range?
