Sorry, Knud ... but if the file won't open in My Documents, but it does open
on your desktop, I would think this is a Windows problem and not an Office
problem ... your subject line this time says Excel, but the last time you
posted this problem, you said it was Word files , so if this happens with
other types of files also, then the problem is with Windows ... I think you
would get better help taking this problem to a Windows group. Good luck.
