For one, if anyone perceived me to be experiencing a temper problem, I
apologize. It was my intent to only be exacting. Sometimes that comes =
off as
a very holy sermon from an extremely tall soap box and that's too bad as =
I
don't own a soap box at all and the church to which I used to belong
threatened to burn me at the stake while being prodded by pitchforks. =
That
was their polite way of asking me to leave.

But more specific to your needs, could you remind me which version of
LookOut you're using? I ask because the only version in which you can't
control this behavior is Outlook 2000 if you're running standalone. In
Outlook XP, you don't absolutely have to have a third party utility =
because
the behavior is easily controlled through Outlook's registry settings.

Remind this old man which version you've got and I'll pass the registry
location and values along if you'd like.

Oh, and, from where I sit, this place would be really, really boring if
there were never an opportunity to explore an opinion or two.=20

So thanks, troublemaker!!<g>
