[mso] Re: excel-2003

OK Bill...I'm thinking you need some basic Excel/Windows tutoring here.  If
you put all of the names on different sheets inside one file, it's ALL ONE
FILE.  If you want to put each person in a different folder, then you need
to create a separate file for each person.

In Windows, there are yellow folders....these hold files....In Excel, you
create files with .xls extensions...these are called workbooks....at the
bottom of the screen inside a workbook, you see tabs for the different
sheets....you can have many sheets, but it's all in one workbook.  If you
want each name to be a separate file in a separate Windows folder, you need
to make a separate workbook for each name, not a separate sheet for each
inside a workbook.
