[mso] excel question: projections

Hi all

I have a spreadsheet that has the following:

                Quantity         Price           Extended
item A       3,300       1.33    3,300   4,389.00
item B       3,300       1.19    3,300   3,927.00
item C       3,300       1.91    3,300   6,303.00
item D       3,300       1.84    3,300   6,072.00
item E       3,300       2.00    3,300   6,600.00
item F       3,300       1.57    3,300   5,181.00
item G      3,300           ?            3,300
                 19,800          32,472.00

Weighted Avg                    1.64

Do not exceed average                               1.74

i want to know if there is a formula to estimate what price item G would 
have to be to stay under the "do not exceed average" or if the weighted 
average was already over the "do not exceed average" what would the 
estimated price have to be to bring it down to the "do not exceed price"
What if I wanted to do it for more tna one item is that possible?

any help would be greatly appreciated
