[mso] excel question

Cloudeight Funletters, Happy New Year!Is there a way to sort excel column in
date order
example
1/1/04
1/1/05
1/3/04
1/5/03
these would be sorted in the year first, and month second and date last? I am
sure there must be I am just overlooking how.
