[mso] Re: excel error message

Delete your desktop shortcut - it's clearly not pointing to the right
program location. Start Excel from one of the methods that does work, then
go to Start > Recent Programs (which may or may not be showing in your menu)
then right-click Excel and Send-To > Desktop> create shortcut so that you
get a shortcut that DOES work!
