Send the e-mail to yourself (To: address line). Enter all other recipients as
blind carbon copies (Bcc: address line). Each one will see only your name and
his/hers.
If the Bcc field is not visible, follow the directions below (from Outlook
2003 Help):
You can display the Bcc (Bcc: An abbreviation for blind carbon copy. If you
add a recipient's name to this box in a message, a copy of the message is sent
to that recipient, and the recipient's name is not visible to other recipients
of the message.)
box in all new messages that you compose. In a new message, do one of the
following:
If Microsoft Word is your e-mail editor
Click the arrow to the right of the Options button, and then click Bcc.
If Microsoft Outlook is your e-mail editor
On the View menu, click Bcc Field.
Hope this helps,
Hutch

I have a group of contacts in outlook, and I'd like to send them all the same
email message without having all of the groups emails being included to each
member. In other words, I dont want john smith to see he is one of 50 others
getting the same message which kind of depersonalizes it! And no, this is not
spam!! Just a professional group I'm part of. I also use Word as my editor if I
need to use mail merge. Thank you!
