[mso] email to Word document - new question!

Thanks for your help, Linda, trying to get my email into Word.  Now:  
following your directions, I click on the Edit menu inside the email and 
select Copy --  BUT  Copy is shaded light and gives no response to a click. 
(CUT and PASTE are shaded, too, in the email's EDIT menu).

This is all very basic, I know  -  but how do I un-shade it?  Can you 
believe this question!?!   Again, thanks for your help!    Terri
