Go to www.knowledgenet.com/campus .  The username is: pilot
The password is: rack
You'll see a lot of course descriptions - you'll see MS Office 2000 and '97 
courses available.  If you move your mouse over the icons on the right, you'll 
see how the courses are available.  For Office 2000, there are hands-on labs 
and Interactive learning courses.  If you click on the INTERACTIVE icon beside 
MS Word 2000, the course offering expands, and you can click on the course 
you'd like to take.
