I think it's Word, Ray (based on Bill's previous posts), but I'm a bit
confused too...
Bill...are these normal columns or columns in a table? Your last post said
you were using regular columns and, like I said before, if you use columns
in a table, then you can merge cells so that they will be different
sizes...this is REALLY hard to explain in email, but I'll give it a
shot...let's say the first column has three rows and the second column has
four rows, you can then leave one row blank or increase the size of one row,
etc. to change how it looks...you need to play around with it until you get
what you want, but I'm sure you can do it.
The combination of merging cells and splitting cells should get you there,
hopefully.

Is this about Word? Excel? Publisher? I'm having trouble picturing what
you're asking.

I have completed the inside of my monthly bulletin, thanks to all that
helped, and am now working on the outside of it.4 colums, landscape,
8.5'' X 14''. On one of the columns mid way down I have the past
officers. They are in 2 columns inside the main column. How do I move
them when there is another past officer to put on the sheet underneath
the immediate past member. As it is now I have the 2 rows but the one
row is further down the list making it look lop-sided.(10 names on the
left side and 14 names on the right)
