Be sure that the default printer supports the graphics desired too.
If the default printer uses a FAX or test printer, many graphics will be
unavailable.

It works in Outlook 2007 becuz that version of Outlook always uses Word as
it's email editor ... to make it work in other versions of Outlook, you
would have to choose Word as your email editor.
If you are using something other than Outlook, then this question is off
topic.
