[mso] Re: case of the missing cursor

You just prompted a memory. I've recently moved to a Dell laptop that has
both a touch pad and pointing stick, but I still always use it with a mouse.

I have jogged the pointing stick a couple of times, but have noticed myself
doing it, so no problem.

What does happen though, is that I sometimes brush the touch pad with the
heel of my hand as I shift from mouse to keyboard. This is enough to send
the mouse pointer off into no man's land and lose the focus for what I'm
working on. (Presumably I'm generating a "move" and a "click" to cause this
to happen, because simply moving the mouse off the window doesn't change the
focus.)

So - similar problem to yours, Bud, but in my case caused as I shift from
mouse to keyboard.

Regards, Dave S
