[mso] aws XP Access Wizard problem - Now 3D question for Linda

The following are clips from past emails. Llinda said
a link would not work because there's a 3D inserted.
That is correct, the link did not work. My question is
What does 3D have to do with it? Is that
3-dimensional, or the text in the link? ie.
{...scid=3Dkb;...} Why does that create problems?
