I'd recommend using message rules for this.  She could do either or both
with the rule.  Easiest way would be to R click on the message and select
"create a rule", then used the advanced options.  There might be a better
way, but this is what I've used for such things in the past.

I try this. I can get as far as "reply using a specific template". I cannot
find any documentation on how to set up a particular template.
