[mso] autoreplying to emails from a particular person

Is there a way, using Microsoft Office/Outlook, to set Outlook to
automatically reply to emails from a particular person

For example, suppose my daughter is receiving emails from
Bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 
Is there a way to set Outlook to automatically reply to these emails and
maybe even delete the emails?
