Well...yes and no...depending on the version you have. If you have a prior to XP version, you can fake out that you have the corporate version by getting all the features and not needing the Exchange server by going to Tools/Options/Mail Delivery/Reconfigure Mail Support and change the layout from Internet Mail to Corporate. Then you have the option. But if you don't do that or have XP, which doesn't allow the fake out...then yes, create a custom rule and have it sent to anyone who send you email.
