[mso] Re: address hyperlink

Errol...are you saying that some addresses are blue and underlined but when
you click them nothing happens? Or, are you saying that they are not even
blue and underlined? If they aren't blue and underlined, I'm assuming maybe
you copy/pasted them from somewhere else? If so, just double click right
after the end of one of them so your mouse pointer is flashing at the end,
then hit the space bar.....does that make them hyperlinks?

Subject: [mso] address hyperlink

I've compiled an Excel sheet consisting of columns with various
information. The one column is a list of e-mail addresses. When typing
the e-mail address the address appears to be a normal e-mail address. It
is underlined, coloured blue and seems to be the perfect hyperlink
(e.g.: me@xxxxxxxx). Now for the problem: Only SOME of the addresses are
hyperlinked and open up my Outlook (or any other mail program). How do I
hyperlink them ALL to do this, when clicking or double clicking the
address? I tried this both in Excel 2002 and 2003. Some of the addresses
open the Outlook and some don't!! There seems to be no consistent
pattern that I can put my finger on.
TIA
Errol
