Check out Excel's Help menu ... do a search on consolidation ... there's a
topic in there called "Consolidate Data in Multiple Worksheets" ... you use
the Consolidate command in the Data menu ... this will do what you need ...
give it a try and post back if you get stuck ... ask specific questions and
we can probably walk you thru it.

and the only way I can make it work is using the following formula
=COSTBUILD!D176+COSTBUILD!D177+COSTBUILD!D178 and so on.
