[mso] Re: Word2003 Tiny Font in Help, No Local Help

Very odd.

Just to confirm. In the "See also" area, there aren't any options, just
links. One of them should be "Online Content Settings ..." which brings up
a pop-up called "Service Options" and highlights a tab called "Online
Content". This has a master check-box called "Show content and links from
Microsoft Office Online", plus three subordinate checkboxes.

I made sure each of the three subordinates was unchecked, then also
unchecked the "Show content and links from Microsoft Office Online" one.

Having done that, it's never tried to take me to the online sites.

If that's not happening with yours, it sounds like the Office installation
is suspect.

BUT ... the font size problem. Might be this

I tried the suggestion to bring up a help window, hold down CTRL and roll
the mouse wheel towards you. It seemed to remember the new font size
setting. (Note that the help window you do this on needs to be an HTML
window, such as "What's New", not a pop-up like "Online Content Settings
...".)
