[mso] Word2003 Tiny Font in Help, No Local Help

To All,

I'm using Office 2003 Pro on a computer that is new to me. All the help
screens in Word2003 come up in extremely small font size, and it looks like
all the help messages are coming from an on-line source at Microsoft. IOW, I
am not getting info from any Help file on my local PC. Word2003 version
11.5604.5606 on WinXP Pro SP2.

I get the same problem whether Office Assistant is ON or OFF.

My screen resolution is 1280x1024 on a 19-inch flat panel monitor. All font
sizes in my documents and in the menu system of all Office products (and in
other applications) are perfectly adequate and easy to read. The font size
problem exists only in the Word Help system.

Please tell me how to increase font size in the Help system and tell me also
how to use the local Help files as default.

Thank you,

Ray Shapp
