[mso] Word2003 Hyperlinking to Bookmarks

To All,

Within a textbox in Word2003, I would like to create a "live" table of
contents for a newsletter . This newsletter exists online only. It does not
exist as a paper document.

First I created a bookmark on the title of each article in the newsletter.
Then I pasted the title of each article into a text box and created a
hyperlink on those titles to their associated bookmarks. This technique works
as expected except for two problems:

The hyperlink changes color when the link is followed. The hyperlink doesn't
work at all when I convert the document to PDF. (Note: hyperlinks that are not
in text boxes do remain "live" when I convert the document to PDF.)

Please tell me the work-arounds for these two problems.

Thank you.

Ray Shapp
