[mso] Word2003: Autocorrect Is Intermittent

To All,

In Word2003, the autocorrect feature works as expected most of the time. Two
adjacent hyphens get replaced by a dash. The "th" following a numeral is
converted to "superscript" to indicate an ordinal, but, occasionally, the auto
does not happen. I can fix that sometimes by re-typing the string of
characters around the failure point, but sometimes, no amount of re-typing
will fix the problem. Please tell me how to force this type of correction when
it doesn't occur automatically.

Thank you.

Ray Shapp
