[mso] Re: Word will not print labels correctly.

Have you merged the labels to a file? If not, do so and then inspect the
file to see if the Name line is missed off in the document.  If the file
looks OK then it is likely to be a printer or memory problem.

If it still persists in removing the Name field at a particular point,
inspect your data file: there may be a corruption or anomaly there.

If you still can't trace the problem, try splitting your data file (if it's
Access, use a query to give you several subsets of the records; if it's
Excel, copy and paste blocks to a new file; if it's a Word table, do
similarly.
