[mso] Word will not print 1st line in labels

This is the strangest thing ever.  I have Word 2002, & I use XP.  it has 
been printing labels all day when it decided to stop printing the first line 
but it does print the two remaining lines.  I rebooted to see if that would 
help.  I even tried printing it on a plain sheet, & still nothing!  It does 
print everything else.  It just decide the 1st line for the name was not 
important.  However, I suspect the postal service will not agree.
I am hoping one of you wonderful people will have a magic rabbit in your hat 
& can direct me to the solution.
