[mso] Re: Word problem

Sorry...those are all the tricks that have worked for everyone else I've
every supported with this problem in years.

I guess the only other thing I can say is do you use Norton, if so...turn
off the Office Plug in and if you use Adobe Acrobat or WinFax, remove those
or get an update.

Thanks for your interest and help. I have scanned for virus' with an up to 
date AVG Free edition program. No luck.
I did start Word with the /a switch and it didn't help. I have also renamed 
normal.dot to normal.old and restarted Word, to no avail :(
I have uninstalled Office, defragged the hard drive and reloaded Office, 
again without any change :(
Any further ideas gratefully received :)
