I frequently want to start page numbers at page 2 or 3 and cannot work =
out =20
how to do it.  I am not talking about a master document with chapters =
=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=E2=80=9D my =20
current document is a form to be completed to which I want to add =
unnumbered =20
page at the front of instructions.  This will be downloaded and people =
will  fill=20
in the form without the notes and let me have it back.  The Help is  =
useless=20
and the books I have do not seem to help much either.  I am sure it  =
involves=20
inserting a section break but even trying this I do not seem to be able  =
to=20
make it work as I want.  Any thoughts?
