[mso] Word help on a MacBook Pro

Hi. I had inquired about having trouble printing word documents with  
my MacBookPro.
(See below).  Unfortunately, I received no responses.
Can someone direct me to another group that could possibly help me?
Both Epson and Apple think it's a Microsoft issue not being compatible  
with Panther yet.
