have you tried going to the printer properties, and run a test print? I'm
not much of a Macbook user, but it's my understanding that test prints run
off Word.
If that doesn't work, you could try restoring the normal.dot template. I got
this information off a website. Here are the steps you could try:
1. Close all open instances of Word.
2. Search for all copies of *normal.dot*. Start -> Search -> For Files...
Search
for *normal.dot *on all local drives.
3. Once the search is complete, *delete ALL copies *of *normal.dot. *This
can
be done directly from the search results pane. Then minimize the Search
window.
4. Re-open Word with a blank document and then close it again.
5. Maximize or re-open the Search window and run the search for
*
normal.dot *again. You should see that a new copy of *normal.dot *has
been created.
