Well I am not sure that my reply is true, but I believe that you do not have 
control over that because this depends on the settings of the other computers 
(unless you are writting some VBA code to check the view of the specific Word 
session and change it to Print View if necessary). I guess you could do that if 
you write code that will be "fired" when your doc is opened.

  When I send a Word document, I always send it as a Print View because I
like seeing the edges of the paper.  But, everyone who receives it says they
are receiving it in Normal View.



  How can I change this so everyone receives it in Print View?
