[mso] Word and a "Name & Address Book"

I am using Word 2003.

I need an address book that will allow me to select someone (one person) and
then easily copy/paste or insert that person and their MAILING ADDRESS
(e.g., snail mail) into a Word document (e.g., an old fashioned letter).

I'm not talking about mail merge.
