I don't have access to WordXP, but since the task panes began there I
would assume that it's the same as in Word 2003: at the bottom of the
clipboard task pane select Options and deselect the relevant option
(show clipboard automatically, or show clipboard automatically when
ctrl+c pressed twice).=20
