[mso] Word Question

Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
BlankI hope I can explain what I want. I have a Word document that is =
set to track changes. This document may be being viewed and changes =
made by more than one person. I then want to send this document via =
email attachment without the changes showing and without them defaulting =
to the track changes settings once they arrive. I'm not sure how to do =
a couple of things: First, I'm not sure how to hide the document or, =
better yet, how to save it in some way that does not show the tracked =
changes. Then, I read someplace that the document could be made not to =
show changes (save in some other format?), but that when the document =
was sent to some else via e-mail and opened, that it would revert back =
to showing the tracked changes. Again, I'd like to take the Word =
document showing the tracked changes, somehow stop it from showing them =
or save it as another document that doesn't show of the tracked changes, =
and then send it via e-mail so that the person opening it does not see =
any tracked changes. Again, I hope this makes sense.
